Collection: Nesting Sanctuaries

Architectural housing for the estate’s avian residents. Nesting Sanctuaries features a diverse index of species-specific habitats, including bluebird houses, wren boxes, and specialized nesting platforms for Robins and Phoebes. This collection is anchored by conservation leaders Birds Choice, Coveside, and Prime Retreat, utilizing a mix of premium poly-lumber and natural cedar for maximum thermal regulation. We prioritize structural stewardship with advanced ventilation and predator guards, ensuring a safe environment for cavity-nesting species. Our catalog is expanding to include high-capacity Purple Martin houses by S&K Manufacturing, providing the professional-grade vertical infrastructure required for colonial nesting success.

"Safe-Zone" Placement Rule

  • Strategic Cover: Mount your sanctuary within 10–15 feet of a shrub or small tree to provide fledglings a high-probability "First Flight" landing zone.

  • The 5-Foot Standard: Positioning the entry hole about 5 feet from the ground optimizes visibility for birds while remaining accessible for seasonal cleaning.

  • Window-Strike Prevention: Maintain a distance of either less than 3 feet or more than 10 feet from glass surfaces to eliminate high-velocity collision reflections.
