Collection: Nocturnal Habitats

Specialized conservation infrastructure for the estate's nocturnal guardians. This collection features professional-grade owl houses, raptor nesting boxes, and high-capacity bat houses engineered for species-specific success. Anchored by industry leaders JCS Wildlife, Coveside, and Prime Retreat, these habitats are available in a range of scales—from compact screech owl boxes to large-scale barn owl dens and bat colonies with capacities from 12 to 300+ residents. Built with a mix of premium cedar, pine, and weather-resistant poly-lumber, each habitat is vetted for proper ventilation and thermal regulation to support the long-term health of your estate's evening ecosystem.

The Night-Watch Elevation

  • Thermal Mass Orientation: Mount your sanctuary facing South/Southeast to absorb the solar heat required for bat colony stability.

  • The 15-Foot Clearance: Ensure at least 15 feet of vertical height with a clear "Drop-and-Swoop" path for safe nocturnal exits.

  • Predator Buffer Zone: Avoid tree-mounting; a dedicated steel pole or high gable end prevents climbing predator access.
