The Blueprint Collection

For the affluent bird who refuses to compromise.

About This Collection

Some birdhouses provide shelter. Others become part of the landscape.

The Blueprint Collection showcases Midwest Nest's finest architectural birdhouses, handcrafted for homeowners who appreciate exceptional craftsmanship, timeless design, and wildlife stewardship. Featuring premium birdhouses from respected artisans including Home Bazaar, Heartwood, A Wing and a Prayer, and other carefully selected makers, every piece is chosen for its quality, durability, and distinctive character.

Whether you're searching for a designer birdhouse, handcrafted cedar birdhouse, architectural birdhouse, or a statement piece worthy of your landscape, you'll find heirloom-quality homes that provide lasting beauty while creating safe nesting habitat for bluebirds, wrens, chickadees, and other native cavity-nesting birds.

A Note on Natural Weathering
These architectural birdhouses are crafted with natural materials that will gradually weather outdoors. That aging adds character without compromising function, while occasional preventative maintenance will help preserve the original finish and appearance if desired.
