At Midwest Nest, we utilize a specialized network of professional fulfillment centers to ensure your artisan-grade sanctuary infrastructure arrives in pristine condition. Our logistics are calibrated for the "Permanent Quality" of the hardware we provide.

Domestic Deployment

We currently serve estates across the continental United States. To maintain our strict standards for transit integrity, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

The "Ironclad" Shipping Tiers

Our shipping rates are designed to be transparent and reflective of the structural mass of your order.

  • Standard Flat-Rate Handling: $14.99 on all orders under $150.00.

  • Complimentary Estate Shipping: FREE on all orders over $150.00. (Covers the vast majority of our feeders, nesting sanctuaries, and artisan accents).

Infrastructure & Oversized Exceptions

Due to the significant length, mass, and specialized crating required for our largest architectural pieces, certain "Estate Infrastructure" items require a dedicated handling surcharge to ensure secure arrival. These surcharges apply regardless of the order total:

  • Secure Habitat Handling ($14.99): Specialized transit for mid-sized ironwork and precision nesting bundles.

  • Professional Estate Handling ($24.99): Required for high-mass forged ironwork and oversized architectural obelisks (e.g., the Windmill-72).

  • Secure Estate Handling (Bulky) ($44.99): Dedicated shipping for arbors, high-capacity furniture, and multi-unit sanctuary kits.

  • Professional Estate Freight (LTL) ($99.99): Reserved for our largest architectural installations and high-mass estate furniture requiring specialized freight handling.

Deployment Tracking

Most orders are prepared for transit within 1–2 business days. Our 'Signature' Series customizable wind chimes usually require an additional 2-3 business days to complete the custom work. Once your order has cleared our fulfillment network, standard transit time to your estate typically ranges from 3–7 business days. You will receive an automated notification with a tracking number the moment your shipment departs.

Note on Custom Commissions: Hand-crafted or customized items (such as our Whitehall collections) require a specialized curing and personalization period. These "made-to-order" pieces typically ship within 10–14 business days.
