The Midwest Nest Refund Policy

Our Commitment to Your Sanctuary

At Midwest Nestwe provide professional-grade estate infrastructure designed for "Permanent Quality." We understand that building a sanctuary is a precise undertaking. If a component does not meet your estate's requirements, we are committed to a professional resolution.

1. Arrival Integrity Check (Damaged or Defective)

If hardware arrives with transit damage or a manufacturing defect, notify Support@MidwestNestShop.com within 48 hours of deployment.

  • Protocol: Provide photographic documentation of the damage, the external shipping container, and the tracking label.

  • Resolution: We will coordinate a priority replacement or a full refund at zero cost to you.

2. The 14-Day "Estate Suitability" Window

Because our inventory consists of high-mass technical gear, we provide a 14-day inspection window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in original protective packaging and Unassembled. Once a component has been bolted, mounted, or weathered, it is considered "Estate-Owned" and is no longer eligible for return.

  • Return Logistics: For "Change of Mind" returns, the client is responsible for secure return transit costs.

  • Freight Restocking Fee: Items categorized under Professional Estate Freight are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. This covers the multi-point technical inspection and specialized pallet-restaging required for high-mass infrastructure.

  • Infrastructure Surcharge: Specialized shipping fees (Secure Habitat Handling, Professional Estate Handling, etc.) are non-refundable.

3. Professional Return Protocol

Important: Do not ship items back to the return address on your package.

  • Email Support@MidwestNestShop.com with your Order Number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • We will provide the specific warehouse destination coordinates.

  • Returns sent without an RMA or to the incorrect facility cannot be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Once the destination warehouse confirms the return's integrity, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and non-refundable surcharges) will be issued within 5–7 business days.
